Zoey was abandoned by her previous owner and left in an open parking lot to fend for herself alone. Her fur coat appeared shaved which indicated she was cared for at one time. A local volunteer found her and took her into safety. Zoey is a happy, loving girl ready to find a family who will never let her down again.
